Well-trained individuals are leaving government service every day, often with the desire to continue serving but few options through which to do so. Sometimes these individuals are left to reinvent themselves, often at the expense of their formal training and knowledge, which may be lost and never used again. We understand that perishable skills must be applied and maintained, and we provide a home to make that happen.
At the same time, we see a strong demand for those skills in the public and private sector in the US. Many companies that leverage the skills of such individuals do so only in temporary overseas contracts that offer little stability. USCS provides that stability while putting these skills to use where they are needed most. We will offer multiple options beyond overseas deployments so that our dynamic employees are put to their best use while remaining interested in their work.
