Tactical Nannies is a USCS pilot program currently in development.
Families rest easy knowing that their children are under the care of our highly-trained, extensively-vetted nannies. All USCS Tactical Nannies are female military veterans who undergo rigorous vetting and training before being placed with a family. They provide services above and beyond what one would expect from the average child care expert. In addition to their varied military expertise, all nannies undergo our Basic Nanny Training, which includes:
Infant and Child First Aid/CPR
Advanced Medical Care for children and adults
Safe/Defensive Driving
Countersurveillance
Emergency Response and Management
Self Defense and Close Physical Protection
Child Development (cognitive, emotional, social, physical)
Household Management
Child Health and Nutrition
Play and learning activities tailored to developmental stage
At USCS, Professional Development is constant. Nannies are given refresher training on a regular basis and attend specific courses as determined by client need.
Our background investigations are conducted by in-house licensed professional investigators and include:
Confirmation of military service (DD-214 Verification)
National, Regional, and State Criminal background checks
Sexual Offender Database check (all states)
Baseline psychological assessment
Full DMV driving report to identify unsafe driving practices
Bankruptcy and Tax Lien search
Social Security Number and address history verification
College education confirmation
US Government Security Clearance confirmation (if applicable)
Investigations conducted using married, maiden, and alias names
The placement process is highly personalized. We work closely with client families to match them with the most appropriate nanny. Once placed, nannies serve as a direct conduit to USCS should the need for our additional, specialized services arise.
